My association with Robert Anderson

Robert defended me and my company in an EPA trial in 2006-07. I was kept well informed of all my options and Robert pursued any that would defend me and offered all to the government that might be benificial to my case.Eventually, the trial ended in a second mis-trial due to information not offere...d in the time frame allowed by the government attornies.I believe many attornies would not have objected, and the trial could have resulted in much worse fines and punishment. Even though I felt the charges did not merit the punishment,I was very fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable as Robert.I would not change attornies if I had to go through the ordeal again.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
