Proceed with caution

Very competent and yet I would not recommend Pam for everyone. I was too naive and I feel this was exploited. I asked her one question before I retained her. Do you have time to give my case proper attention? She said yes, but the real answer was no. I saw her twice in person. These were during ...our introductory meeting and on the day of mediation. I set very modest objectives for the settlement. Absolutely none of my objectives were obtained. I agreed to settle without obtaining objectives because I was hemorrhaging money. It was cheaper for me to give up than to seek a fair settlement. Pam said things to me over the phone which left me feeling that she was representing my spouse. The bottom line is that after the settlement I did not have enough money to rent and maintain my own residence. I was homeless for 7 months.

All talk. No performance. Misleading.

I hired Ms Taylor for my divorce and paid out over $50,000. She filed her nails literally during mediation talks and brought fashion magazines to the mediation. She discussed other clients cases. Totally unprepared and unprofessional. She stated early in my case that it would be a "no alimony" case. ...This was totally false.
