Biography
I have practiced law for over 35 years and am proud of my profession. I am especially interested in helping solve client problems "better, faster and cheaper". I am a mediator and group facilitator and teach these skills as a professor at Vanderbilt Law School, Nashville School of Law, Belmont Unviversity Massey Graduate School of Business and Albany Medical School. I am a co-founder of ERM Legal Solutions which brings project management and process improvement methodologies to the practice of law. The legal industry is in a state of disruption which will ultimately benefit the client and the quality of legal services globally. I am pleased to help achieve great outcomes in this time of legal innovation.
