You need to go to family court and petition for child support or file for divorce and ask for child support and custody. You can either hire an attorney or go to DHR and get them to help you collect child support.

Hire a lawyer and file for supervised visitation and an emergency pendent lite hearing. Possibly you can get Ex Parte relief pending the outcome, if the judge agrees the situation with the facts that you can prove warrants the supervision. Right now it sounds like you have a court order you can get in trouble for if you do not obey it. If you can prove the facts you allege and the judge agrees, the judge may well give you supervised visitation temporarily. Chances are if he has warrants on...

I don't know how much you owe but a Debtor Court or a chapter 7 bankruptcy might help your situation. Which type of bankruptcy might help you better depends on how much money you have in savings and how much you owe.

Very possibly. Medical records, prescription records, medical treatment, signs and symptoms, what other folks say about you all matter. If you have not worked then you would have to apply for SSI. If you have worked then you could apply for social security disability and SSI. You have to have paid in three out of the last five years to quality for disability benefits. SSI is supplemental security income and is a payment source for indigent folks that have medical disabilities but haven't...

Possibly you can have this set aside as having been signed under duress. You would need to contact your attorney pretty quickly after having both signed it and get them to file something to set it aside.

You might need to file a modification of your divorce and ask for supervised visitation. Going to see an attorney for a consult and advice that can pull up his record would be a good idea.

Did you or he put this in writing? Did you pay him? If you did not pay him at the time did you sign a contract? Was there total communication and an understanding about all aspects of the matter? Sometimes other things come up that were not comtemplated but your contract should say for example, x number of dollars for an uncontested divorce, x number of dollars if the divorce becomes contested. You can always take your contract to another lawyer to review. I would encourage you to meet...

You may or may not be considered common law married. Immediately take pictures and inventory your assets. I actually just won a case last week where the woman had sued the man for common law marriage. They had been together almost 20 years and they were found not to be common law married. As the other attorney said in his answers to you, whether you are found to be common law married depends on whether or not you had joint bank accounts, filed joint taxes, claimed yourself as married to...
