I had three lawyers before him and all of them were the same. They take your money and then delay to get more. Elliott was completely different. He accomplished for me in to months what my other lawyers couldn't do in three years. He's the best.

Although we haven't hired him yet. This man has called on his own time 4 times to my daughter and I. Asked for and looked at the paper work for a child child custody battle. My daughter of course started to cry, when she was speaking to him as overwhelmed with the whole issue. He told her not to worry and keep her chin up! I don't understand the comment on he never answered his phone? We live in Alabama, the case will be in Pineallas county

Mr. Goldstein is above the typical salesmanship of lessor attorneys. He will always tell a client exactly how it is. I was lucky to be represented by Eliott. I am extremely pleased with the job he did.

Absolutely terrible. I had never been through a divorce before so I had no experience with attorneys or the divorce process. During the actual divorce I had a hard time getting ahold of Elliot Goldstein and when I did speak to him it seemed as though it was an inconvenience to talk to me. Mind you I rarely contacted him because he nickel and dimed everything. During mediation he had no control over what was going on in the room. I wondered often during mediation why I had actually hired an attorney. I know that nothing gets resolved when either party acts like a pit-bull, but when you are paying an attorney thousands of dollars to represent you, you expect some sort of backbone.
Now that I have hired a competent attorney for my post judgment modification, I can see a big difference. When I gave her a copy of my divorce paperwork she looked at it and asked me who drafted the settlement. I explained to her it was my attorney who had drafted all the documents. She was shocked by the typo’s and different fonts used throughout the paperwork. The wording in the paperwork read more of a breach of contract agreement rather than a divorce decree.
My experience with Elliot Goldstein was not a good one. I would never recommend him to anybody. EVER!

Mr. Goldstein handled my divorce case. While the divorce was expensive, he was more reasonable then most other attorneys, and I feel that I received a good value. He did more in 2 months than my prior counsel did in 18 months, and for less money. The case went to trial, and while I didn't win everything, I did win on everything that was important. He will tell you the reality of your situation.
