The initial pain of hearing that your wife wishes a divorce is hard. You are experienceing many emotions at this time, and probably can not think straight. You may want a divorce today, and tommorrow you may reconsider. Either way. you should contact an attorney to discuss your rights and options. While I understand your concern as to the cost of an attorney, you can not afford not to be represented. Best of luck!
