Description: This is a estate plan that included a pet trust, that allowed the client to establish a pay on death trust to her pet and name a trustee to care for the pet and an alternate pet rescue and then establish a trust for the remainder of her assets so as to maximize the benefit to her beneficiaries and minimize the difficult and need to probate her estate.
