This lawyer is incompetent, lazy, and expensive. He is always on vacation. On the rare occasion that he is in the office, he will be subcontracting the actual work to another lawyer or "affiliated" law firm, on whom he does no background checks.
If you want a country club type of guy to represent you, then he is your man. Unfortunately, unless you want a golf partner for a lawyer, or a lawyer as a golf partner, then you will be disappointed.
And when you lose your case because of him, you can be sure that he will present you with a very hefty bill for his "services".
This guy gives lawyers a bad name.
Padded the bills with phone calls to opposing counsel. Did nothing for over 3.5 years to assist me with my ex-spouses' issues. Earned more than 28000 doing nothing. He is a joke.
Mr. Koch did not represent my best interests in my divorce action. He conferred with my ex-spouse and the opposing attorney without notifying me or allowing me to be present. He allowed the court hearing to take place with no court recorder present, and did not review the voice recording made in court prior to agreeing to the version that the opposing attorney wrote. He did not complete the property settlement, and instead left the rest to "be decided at a later date", which required me to hire another attorney.
