Contacted Melinda Morris in September concerning a citation I received for a traffic accident. She was very responsive. Promised nothing, but explained how she would handle my case. I ended up paying for the citation (which I knew I would have to). But no points were assessed and I did not have to go to traffic school. I highly recommend Ms. Morris. She handled my case very quickly and very professionally.

I could not have picked a better attorney. It was nice having someone that actually cared about my case. It was comforting knowing I had a Lawyer representing me where I was a name and not a number. After being falsely arrested for a bogus complaint by a crazy person inside of a restaurant, I arrived at my arraignment optimistic the charges would be dropped. Unfortunately, the prosecutors and the judge himself had a different plan. Once the disturbed individual who initiated my arrest decided to speak in open court that day, I realized I was in for a fight. The judge offered me 30 days in jail if I pleaded guilty to the charges. When I spoke with the public “pretender” appointed to me, he told me to take the deal, even though I told him I had no history of this sort of thing, not to mention the fact that I was innocent! When I got home, I decided to contact a real lawyer for my case. I called several law offices and spoke with lawyers who didn’t seem to care about my situation, just my checkbook. Then, I called the Ms. Morris and was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge of the law and compassion for people in my predicament. After retaining Ms. Morris, the case proceeded for a few more months with various twists and turns. However, ultimately my initial charges were dropped, and no convictions were placed on my record.
