I have known Phillip Wartenberg for approximately 20 years now. I first worked with him as a Staff Attorney for the Judges at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. During that time, we bounced ideas off each other regarding issues and Phil was always of help regarding finding the answer. I also have sought advice from him while handling certain family law cases over the last 17 years. He has always sent me in the right direction and/or given me the correct answer outright. If I bypass a family law case, (since I practice predominantly criminal law), Phil is the first attorney that I call to refer my clients to as his past work has been described by my past client referrals as impeccable. His resume is impressive as a former law clerk and a private attorney. In sum, I endorse him and his ethical practice of law as he is both competent and professional.
