Paul is a very thorough tax attorney that goes above and beyond to assist his clients. We were referred to Paul from a friend who had used him in the past in St. Petersburg and they had nothing butt positive things to say about Paul. So that was good enough for me as Paul totally handled all of my IRS issues and saved me A LOT of money. Very, very, very glad I choose Paul to represent me.

I have recommended Paul to all my girl friends. Paul helped me in defense against fraudulent charges clearing my name and all accounts. As a woman business owner he was able to save me over thousands of dollars in taxes. He further worked out favorable settlements on my BOA account when the bank tried to charge me over 400 dollars in late fees. I would be in trouble without his help, thank you Paul :)

Paul Kennedy has successfully represented me in many cases throughout the year 6 years we have been in business together. He was hired to handle debt reduction but what he actually did was nothing except take monthly payments out of my account. I ended up having papers served to me to pay the unpaid debt, which I did. I would ask for paperwork from him to show what work he had done and recieved nothing, on line or by mail. I cannot tell you how many times I emailed or called him and his secretary and recieved no response. He started out with another firm handling his cases and they quit working for him because of his ignoring his customers.

I hired this group to represent me in Debt Reduction. They promised to negotiate with my creditors, reduce my debt, provide all communication on time, provide local representation if it was required. They did none of the above. They failed so miserably that they issued a letter to clients stating they had "mis-represented and failed to provide services as agreed". Their failures resulted in a summary judgement against me in court because they failed to provide any information to the court. When I asked for a copy of my file, I found they had done nearly nothing at all. All attempts to receive a refund have gone un-answered, much the same as any other actions requested.

I was very pleased with his work , I was frauded out of 20,000 dollar , be verious timeshare company's. He got me 18,800 back which was more then I expected and I was very pleased with that ! He is great !!!
