Nikasha Michelle Wells

I hired Nikasha Wells to handle a family law case. I paid her an upfront retainer fee to commence her work under the Summit Law Group. Ms. Wells charged me an exorbitant amount of money for a simple email she wrote on my behalf to advise an opposing counsel that she and her firm were my counsel of ...record. I had to dispute her under The Florida Bar Fee Arbitration Program for which I was awarded a portion of my funds she charged me for a simple email communication. She performed no other legal action on my behalf to address my family law matter.

I knew Nikasha Wells through our mutual Educational paths and decided to refer her to a very close business partner and friend. In the end I really regretted It. He payed the retainer up front, and because he works all over the world, he needed a trustworthy Lawyer, who would not need to be held hand... in hand. Not only was her communication poor but she was unreliable and untruthful. She would say something was processed. My friend would fly in go and check court documents and find out she did nothing. In the end we did our own legal work and all she did was collect money order after money order. She ignores calls and does not seem to have the ability to be a good lawyer. She recalls nothing of your case when you talk with her. This almost cost me my business partner and I our friendship. He blamed me for this referral, and I was thoroughly embarrassed. Do your homework, If you choose this lawyer YOU WILL REGRET IT!

DO NOT PAY THIS LAWYER IN CASH!SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY GIVE YOU INFERIOR SERVICE,AND SHE WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS,OR PHONE CALLS AFTER SHE HAS TAKEN YOUR MONEY.I HIRED MS.WELLS AS MY LAWYER AND SHE WAS JUST HORRIBLE.I HAD TO DO MOST OF THE LEG WORK FOR WHAT I WAS PAYING HER FOR.BECAUSE HER LACK HU...MANITY I HAD PAY ANOTHER LAWYER TO TAKE CARE OF ME CASE AND IT HAS COST ME MORE MONEY AND TIME.SHE IS NOT JUST A HORRIBLE LAWYER,BUT ALSO A HORRIBLE PERSON.THE MISTAKE I MADE I DIDN'T DO MY HOMEWORK ON THIS LAWYER.
