Description: Plaintiff sued Defendant, a Chinese company for trademark infringement and other claims related to Defendant's sales of generators. On behalf of Defendant, we moved to dismiss on a myriad of issues including insufficiency of service, lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim ofr relief. After lenghty briefing and jurisdictional discovery, the Kansas Court granted the motion to dismiss and closed the case.
