Ms. Orlin's expert work was excellent in substance, responsive in timing, and instrumental in getting a case settled before ever going to trial.

The case was a complex investment in a company that intended to have worldwide operations within a short period of time. The attorney needed to have a detailed understanding of the applicable laws plus an ability to negotiate effectively with sophisticated counsel for the company. Karen understood the law and was an effective advocate who brought the deal to a satisfactory conclusion.

Karen was the In-House Legal Counsel for a Miami based community bank. I was President & CEO of the bank. Her outstanding performance was duly noted. Her level of knowledge and responsiveness was commendable. I would always recommend Karen as a definite asset to any entity.

Ms. Orlin is handling a non amicable split between partners in a Bridge Conctruction Corporation. It is presently in progress and I feel she is in total control. A bit persistent that you do your part and pruduce the documents necessary for her success and yours.
