I am from out of state. When my brother died, the only name I had for an attorney was Linda Singer who had prepared his will. I paid her a retainer of $3500 for her to start the probate process. I then looked for a larger firm and retained them. When she was informed of this, she sent me what I considered a padded bill. It included unauthorized expendentures and charges that she verbally said she would not charge for as she had no paralegal to handle minor items. She also overstated the time spend in the two visits that I made to her office.

Linda has handled so many of my real estate transactions over the past 20 years. Linda is always there to the bitter end of every transaction. This is not only good legal advise but customer service the old fashioned way - Truly Personal Service!!! I encourage everyone to experience a lawyer who defies the stereotype of hard to deal with and hard to reach and it is always the lawyer who breaks the deal. Linda guides the contract to a successful conclusion each and every time.
