Hi hope that you are well. You were denied citizenship? If you file for your husband as an LPR then you will only be able to file the I 130 which will not lead to him being able to get work authorization and/or SS number. He will be able to get a SS number once he has a work authorization card. Best of luck to you!See question

Hope you are well. Once you file the I 485 you could also file the I 131 (as part of the bundle) as an advance parole. Once you get that approved you could travel with that. However, I always tell my clients that they should only travel if its an emergency. Best of luck to you!See question

If the COS is denied then you will be without status and will have to return to your country. However, that stated if you could show that your husband is on H1B, that you are admissible and that your marriage is valid you should not a problem getting an H 4 approved.
