Description: This client was wrongly accused of burglarizing his neighbor's home. The government had previously offered probation to close the case, but the client did not want to accept a guilty plea for a crime he did not commit. After investigating the case and showing the state why the charge was unfair, Michelle convinced the state to allow the parties to handle the matter civilly and to drop the criminal charges.
