As a litigator, Roger is great because he has the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and find the best way to argue his client's position. I really felt comfortable with him on my side, confident that we would prevale. And we did.

Over the time of our relationship, he responded to me in a timely fashion, never rushed me through our conversations and even when on vacation in Europe, managed to find the time to respond to my messages. His most admirable trait was that he finds a balance with being your friend and your lawyer. There are so many lawyers to choose from out there but it is very difficult to find one who practices law for true justice instead of being motivated by financial gain. Roger Kobert has the integrity and heart a lawyer needs to have when dealing with sensitive issues and I realize looking back that I got lucky to find him among all the sharks in the ocean. In my humble opinion, he embodies the essence of why a person should become a lawyer to practice law.
