About me

David is head of the intellectual property practice at Tamaroff & Tamaroff. He oversees copyright and trademark registrations, as well as litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, and domain names.


David graduated cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Troy, NY, where he majored in Biochemistry & Biophysics. He worked as a biotech researcher at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, in Boston, MA, and later worked in the Gilbert Lab at Rensselaer. His research focused on identifying cancer causing genes and cancer drug development.


David received his Juris Doctor from University of Miami, magna cum laude. David served on the executive board of the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review and received both the CALI Award and Dean’s Certificate for his work in Patent Law.
