Description: This was a grandparents' visitation case. We prevailed until the Supreme Court of Florida overturned the Third District Court of Appeal finding that a parents' right to raise their child without State interference is constitutionally protected and cannot be denied absent a showing of detriment to the child. The Florida Statute was re-written following the decision.
