My client was never read his Miranda Warnings by the police before they questioned him, so I filed a Motion to Suppress and his statement was suppressed. Also, I filed a Motion in Limine to prevent the prosecutor from admitting the 911 call and it was granted.

He was charged with strong arm robbery because the victim said he lost his phone during the fight and thought that my client stole it. I spoke with the case filing attorney prior to the case being filed and I got the charge reduced to a misdemeanor offense, thereby saving my client form a 30 year prison sentece to less than a year.
