    You were never convicted of a DUI in court because the charges were dismissed in Court. You should then have your charges expunged (removed from your record) if you have never been previously convicted of a crime. Then you can lawflly and legally say that you have ever been arrested to private employer's.     The prosecutor can offer different pleas as many times as they want. There is no certain limit. I would certainly not take the first offer and would challenge the evidence and plea. Sounds like you need to speak to an attorney so that the prosecutor knows you are serious about getting the best plea and challenging the evidence.

    I agree with the other attorneys. The case can be sealed if never convicted. After the case is sealed for ten years, then the case can be expunged.

  5. What are the consequences of not paying your traffic ticket?

    If you do not pay the traffic ticket, your license may be suspended and then you will have to pay a lot more in late fees and reinstatement fees. The clerk may be able to arrange a payment plan.

    It only takes one violation for a judge to revoke. If your PO is recommending revoke, he could be asking for jail or prison time since he/she may believe that you cannot satisfactorily remain on probation. You can also be convicted of the crime if you were not already during the substantive case.

    If the police have a procedure in place that they will videotape all DUI's, and they did not videotape yours, you may be able to file a Motion to Suppress field sobrety exercises.

    Typically the judge will allow you a free pass on the first drug test, however, diversion is run by the State Attorney's Office and is a privilege, not a right.

  10. I was asked to be interviewed by a DCF woker at this time, do i have to comply or is it more right to not answer to them..

    You do not have to answer the questions from DCF because you have pending cases against you and could incriminate yourself in those cases. Hire an attorney to protect your rights.
