I have handle/tried cases ranging from complex felonies to simple misdemeanors, including attempted murder, manslaughter, aggravated child abuse and child neglect, aggravated stalking, stalking, domestic violence, complex white collar crimes including, mortgage fraud, unemployment compensation fraud and racketeering (RICO). I am very experienced in drug trafficking, including oxycodone and hydrocodone trafficking cases; DUI, BUI, Suspended Licenses, weapons charges, Assault and Battery on Law Enforcement Officers and resisting arrest with violence and resisting without violence, and Burglary and Grand Theft. In a recent (2013) 57 Defendant, interstate gambling and racketeering case, I successfully had the charges dropped by the Florida Statewide Prosecutor.
As a former state Probation and Parole Officer I am also experienced in handling probation violation cases, both felony and misdemeanor.
