Biography
Davina B. Frederick is a Florida-licensed attorney and member in good standing of the Florida Bar. She founded Frederick Law of Florida, P.L. to provide legal advice and counsel to individuals, business owners and corporate professionals who wish to continue providing for their families in the event they no longer are able to do so due to incapacity or death.
Ms. Frederick is a native Floridian who has lived and worked in the Central Florida area since 1987. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Journalism, and of Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Barry University. She opened her own law practice upon graduation from law school in 2007 and has practiced in areas including divorce, adoption, residential real estate, foreclosure, contracts, business, landlord/tenant and estate planning law.
The focus of Frederick Law is estate and legacy planning, including wills, trusts, asset protection, powers of attorney, advance directives and elder law. Frederick Law also serves the needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs with contract drafting, business formation and other legal needs.
