Excellent Bankruptcy Attorneys!

I used Sliva Law Firm for my chapter 7 bankruptcy case and they did an excellent job on my case. Amy Logan Sliva and her son Logan Sliva are very knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs it.

Pure Awesomenesd

Amy hands down come highly recommended. We recovered from our situation with guidance and help from the extrodinary attorney! Everyone else was super expensive , without the personal touch Amy brings to the table. super job Amy!

Made bankruptcy painless...

I was very, very nervous about bankruptcy. Ms. Sliva was very re-assuring and took time (a lot) to explain the whole process. Nervous again when I got to court, but there was no need, Ms. Sliva had everything under control. I had no need to worry. Since her help, I have fully recovered from bankruptc...y and my credit scores continue to climb up...! THANKS Ms. Sliva for all of your expert help...! GAS

AMY LOGAN SLIVA GETS THE JOB DONE!!!

I hired Amy to represent me in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after consulting with many other attorneys regarding my complicated situation in which I owed a very large sum of money to the IRS and to the State of Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Even after making payments for several years the amount ne...ver seemed to decrease due to penalties and interest. At the last minute Amy was able to include my wife's debts from her former marriage and divorce. When I say last minute I mean I was ready to sign the papers to file when we presented my wife's situation to Amy and she said we could file jointly so Libby had to redo all of the paperwork. The other attorneys wanted to charge an outrageous amount of money to file a Chapter 13, in fact one attorney quoted me $8,000 to file a Chapter 13 and others said that I didn't qualify to file a Chapter 7 or they refused the case. My wife first made contact with Amy by phone in which she gave her hope. After we met Amy in person we knew that if anyone could get it done it was her. Amy and her staff were always very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and she gave us hope. Filing bankruptcy was not something we wanted to do but Amy reassured us that sometimes people get tied up with financial problems and that they need a fresh start.
