    Description:
    Defendant charged with burglary w/ assault and was also PRR (prison releasee reoffender). If convicted he was facing mandatory life. After speaking with various witnesses and taking 2 sworn statements, I shared my information with the prosecutor. Resulted in the case being reduced to a misdemeanor battery and defendant was given probation.

    Description:
    Federal mortgage fraud charges. Defendant had 15 co-defendants, 13 of which plead guilty. Defendant refused to plea so we went to trial. Federal judge granted a judgment of acquittal after the government rested and the case was dismissed.
