Description: Mr Quaggin a well known and respected Float builder was charge with shooting a young man who was breaking into his home. After a jury trial Mr. Quaggin was found not guilty as the homicide was justified in that Mr. Quaggin was put in fear for his safety while recupperating from a hospital stay in his home.
