No follow up at all, with either office assistants or Mr. Holt. I never received the copy of my paperwork, was not communicated with on the hearing date, and only found out any information by calling in after having emails ignored. I've had to follow up myself with every step or I would have been left in the dark completely. I also had to make multiple changes myself to the original paperwork due to another client's information being left on the emailed copy...after I sent it back once for revision due to errors. I was told paperwork was filed with the courts, only to find out that it was not actually filed until days later. Would not recommend at all.

He usually has too many cases going on at same time. Many scheduling conflicts. Actually failed ot show at a hearing and didn't contact his client until hours afterward. Seems very gung-ho in the begining, but once he has your money, good luck getting him to do something constructive. Extremely difficult and frustrating. Since I had to fire him and have not gone back to court, I don't know what the ramifications of his inaction will be..
