Description: Worked with client and other advisers to create a comprehensive estate plan that included his will, power of attorney, health care directive, and an irrevocable life insurance trust. Set up a plan, according to client's wishes, to transfer assets, including his business, personal residence, retirement accounts, and other assets to his wife (second marriage) and children (from his first marriage).
