Description:The client was charged with DUI, this being his sixth DUI arrest. The officer administered field sobriety evaluations, which the client performed. After being placed under arrest, the client refused to take a state-administered breath test. In a bench trial, the judge found my client NOT GUILTY of DUI. The client was saved from the 120 days in jail and $3000 fine the State had recommended had he entered a plea.
