    J. Franklin stands out as a leader in the practice of Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employee Discrimination law. Still extremely active in the law community, he frequently speaks at worker’s compensation seminars, sharing his knowledge about common injuries in the workplace. In 2010, Mr. Burns was appointed by the Chairman to join the Legislative Committee of the Advisory Council. The Legislative Committee represents all stakeholders in the workers' compensation system, and composes workers' compensation laws for the State of Georgia. This honor shows the high esteem we all hold for him within the law community. I lend J. Franklin Burns my personal endorsement.
