Can I sue a drug manufacturer for a severe reaction to medication?

Asked by a user in San Diego, CA - about 1 year ago.

A drug manufacturer is required to warn physicians of all known side effects of the drugs it produces and sells. If the company did not adequately warn your physician about the side effects you have suffered, you may have a claim against the drug company. I recommend that you contact an attorney who handles pharmaceutical injury cases to discuss your injuries and to determine if you have a claim against the manufacturer.
