You have a certain amount of time after the deposition to fill out an erratta sheet whereby you can make corrections to your testimony. However, using an erratta sheet to make wholesale substantive changes to your testimony is generally not permitted or advisable. To the extent you wish to supplement your answers, you may consider providing an affidavit with any new information and why you were unable to remember such information during your depositon.
It is dependent upon state law. State law generally allows minors of a certain age control over health care decisions, including reproductive health issues. As part of that control, those minors have contol over keeping certain information, such as the type of treatment being obtained, confidential, much in the same manner that an adult is able to keep protected health information confidential. The age that a minor may excercise such control, however, varies by state.
