It depends on whether you are still on active first offender probation. If so, you could have a bigger problem to deal with. If you are not on active probation you might be able to enter a plea under O.C.G.A. 16-13-2, which is called a "conditional discharge". Depending on the facts of your case you might be able to defend the case on the merits at trial. You should hire a lawyer.

Since you have not received a citation in 1 1/2 years that implies your other citations are more than six months old. You are out of the time period to challenge the citations. Depending on the court you might try to have the cases reopened. You have an up hill battle.

That is correct. You only have until the end of the term of court. The time to withdraw a guilty plea is often misunderstood by judges as well as attorney's. Most people incorrectly believe you have thirty days to seek to withdraw your plea. If you enter your plea 3 days before the end of the term then you only have three days to seek to withdraw your plea.

Get an attorney to assist you in this. He or she may be able to get a private polygraph from you that shows your non-involvement in this unfortunate incident. Wal-Mart's attorneys should help you clear this unfortunate "ban" from the world's biggest department store.

On statutory rape charges, your parents will have no ability to stop a prosecutor from bringing charges.
