David was retained to represent me in a landlord/tenant dispute. We discussed obtaining a dispossessory on the tenant, and let the matter be handled through the court. When I called David he asked if I would mind letting Anna an associate in his office handle this. After directing her several times t...o obtain the dispossessory, they constantly delayed and preferred to negotiate with the tenant's attorney. I was hoping to remove tenant by Dec 18 2014;by delaying the process tenant was allowed to remain in my property until mid Jan 2015. These actions cost me loss of income and potential tenants.
