About Me

I am an attorney at Poyner Spruill LLP with offices in Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Charlotte, North Carolina. My practice is concentrated in the area of creditor representation, including collections, commercial litigation, foreclosure, collateral recovery, bankruptcy, and creditor defense. I regularly represent banks and other financial institutions in collections actions and all aspects of asset recovery, including foreclosures, relief from stay in bankruptcy, claim and delivery (replevin), receiverships, and post-judgment supplemental proceedings. I also represent general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in construction claim disputes, often involving bonds and lien enforcement
