About Me

I represent clients in complex commercial litigation that includes class actions and business disputes. My litigation experience has also allowed me to advise business clients in deals and internal investigations so that they might avoid or adequately prepare for litigation.

I also maintain an active criminal defense practice. Many of my clients have been prosecuted for serious felony offenses that include drug trafficking, conspiracy, firearm charges, armed robbery, and mail/wire fraud. I have represented clients in federal jury trials and on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. I also have filed petitions in the U.S. Supreme Court.
