First met Brian in 2012 after a car accident in which my SUV was rear-ended. Despite total loss of my SUV and my bodily injuries (neck/back pain; bleeding behind retina that was only detectable via eye scan...), other law firms refused to take my case because I didn't have external bleeding, loss of limbs, or die, and I continued to go to work whenever I could, and didn't visit a psychiatrist (in other words, I didn't fake the "loss of wages" or "emotional stress..." claims). I contacted Brian and met him in his office. He asked very detailed questions and the accident, and assessed my physical/mental conditions (during meeting and later based on my medical bills, emergency room records, head scan, chest X-rays...). He did not reject my case for being too small for his time/effort. During the claim process/negotiations, he explained to me about the situation, gave me advices (pros & cons of different strategies...), and was very respectful throughout. I highly recommend Brian for large or small cases, because he doesn't cheat on the legal fees, no phony expenses. I fully trust him and only wish that he can broaden his practice to include other legal areas so that I can have him as my personal attorney on wills, trusts, taxes...
Brian Glass represented me when I was charged with an underage possession of alcohol in Loudoun County, VA. When I first explained to him what had happened he immediately recognized that the police entered the house illegally and obtained the evidence in an illegal manner. Originally I was not planning on seeking a lawyer and had planned on doing the community service, ASAP courses, and 6 months suspended license (would have made my car insurance skyrocket). All of which would have cost me more than hiring a lawyer. There were about 20 of us that received this charge and only a few had hired lawyers. The people that did not have lawyers were given the above charges the first court date. Brian scheduled a later court date so that we could challenge the case. He kept me updated and walked me through the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Brian called me the day before the second court date and informed me that the Commonwealth of Virginia agreed to drop the charges. He was able to settle all of the issues before the court date even happened. All I had to do was show up to the courthouse. I was very impressed with Brian’s professionalism and communication skills. He knew what he was doing and made this stressful process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in a similar situation.
