I was envolved in a car accident 2/2014 and I was getting close to my statue of limitations and my previous lawyer failed to communicate he was no longer practicing law and failed to to return any of my calls. In less than 6 months. Mr. Glass has been able to close my case and get me a settlement. I'm more than thankful of the professionalism of following trough and doing everything in a timely manner so I wouldn't hit my statue of limitations next year. Hands down works with and for you. Thanks again for everything definitely a top lawyer!!!

Awesome Attorney! I found Mr. Glass on the website and took a chance by contacting him. With only six weeks left before my statue of limitations expired to file a claim, Mr. Glass scheduled a consultation with me. Mr. Glass was very clear on our approach, informed me on how he would proceed and asked me a few tough questions during the initial consultation. During the actual process, Mr. Glass ran into a major hurdle requiring my assistance. As his client, I responded quickly to help begin to get this issue back on the right track. What I really appreciated about Mr. Glass is how responsive and honest he is to all questions and concerns. As a Maryland resident and retired military, Mr. Glass has definitely earned my complete trust and respect. I highly recommend Mr. Glass to all potential clients. You will be extremely please with the high quality of his service.

Brian Glass handled my uninsured auto insurance claim. Not only was he accessible throughout the whole process via: email, phone, in person. He was able to explain things clearly so that I was able to understand them. In addition Brian was able to push back on the insurance company when they questioned validity of my injury timeline. I would certainly not hesitate in working with Brian again.

First met Brian in 2012 after a car accident in which my SUV was rear-ended. Despite total loss of my SUV and my bodily injuries (neck/back pain; bleeding behind retina that was only detectable via eye scan...), other law firms refused to take my case because I didn't have external bleeding, loss of limbs, or die, and I continued to go to work whenever I could, and didn't visit a psychiatrist (in other words, I didn't fake the "loss of wages" or "emotional stress..." claims). I contacted Brian and met him in his office. He asked very detailed questions and the accident, and assessed my physical/mental conditions (during meeting and later based on my medical bills, emergency room records, head scan, chest X-rays...). He did not reject my case for being too small for his time/effort. During the claim process/negotiations, he explained to me about the situation, gave me advices (pros & cons of different strategies...), and was very respectful throughout. I highly recommend Brian for large or small cases, because he doesn't cheat on the legal fees, no phony expenses. I fully trust him and only wish that he can broaden his practice to include other legal areas so that I can have him as my personal attorney on wills, trusts, taxes...

Brian Glass represented me when I was charged with an underage possession of alcohol in Loudoun County, VA. When I first explained to him what had happened he immediately recognized that the police entered the house illegally and obtained the evidence in an illegal manner. Originally I was not planning on seeking a lawyer and had planned on doing the community service, ASAP courses, and 6 months suspended license (would have made my car insurance skyrocket). All of which would have cost me more than hiring a lawyer. There were about 20 of us that received this charge and only a few had hired lawyers. The people that did not have lawyers were given the above charges the first court date. Brian scheduled a later court date so that we could challenge the case. He kept me updated and walked me through the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Brian called me the day before the second court date and informed me that the Commonwealth of Virginia agreed to drop the charges. He was able to settle all of the issues before the court date even happened. All I had to do was show up to the courthouse. I was very impressed with Brian’s professionalism and communication skills. He knew what he was doing and made this stressful process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in a similar situation.
