Cliff is a quality foreclosure/bankruptcy attorney with in depth knowledge of the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia real estate market. He is very detailed oriented and a very ethical person. He looks out for what is in the best interest of the client and he focuses on accomplishing those objectives in an efficient organized manner.
Cliff handled numerous loan workouts, loan modifications and foreclosure sales for me; he was able to recover the debt and his fees. I would highly recommend Mr. Blondes. Cliff M Blondes
