Outcome: Successfully prosecuted modification of child support action, such that petitioner father's support obligation was offset entirely by social security benefits of children, and substantial child support arrearage was eliminated.

Jordan v. Wellen & Brown

Outcome: Obtained legal and physical custody of minor for relatives (who were husband and wife). The wife was the first cousin of the child's father.
