Outcome: Maryland Court of Appeals Reversed Circuit Court

Description: Issue was whether or not plaintiff was entitled to use electronic machines to dispense instant bingo cards. The case originated in the Circuit Court for Calvert County and notwithstanding an adverse decision I got the Judge to stay the effect of his decision pending appeal. On appeal to Maryland's highest court the decision was reversed.
