Areas of Probate that I practice are writing wills, being the representative for the estate, being the guardian and/or conservator for the subject, being the attorney for the subject to determine for the court whether the subject needs a guardian and/or conservator. I handle small and large estates.

I represent parent, caretaker, or children of a family. My primary task is to focus on the best interest of the children. Depending on who I represented I worked towards reunification, foster care, or adoption. My task is to work out a plan with family and child services to determine what will be in the best interest of the children.

As an employment attorney I was responsible for filing discrimination complaints with EEO within the federal agency and representing my client at all administrative stages within a federal agency.
