Alice Gresham Bullock is Professor of Law and Immediate Past Dean of the Howard University School of Law. She began her careeer as an Honors Attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. A leader in legal education, Professor Gresham Bullock is a sought after expert and lecturer on matters of legal education and accreditation of law schools. In addition, with more than 30 years in tax and estate planning, Professor Gresham Bullock is a recognized expert and author in estate planning and tax law. Alice Gresham Bullock is the author of several publications on legal education, income tax as well as tax and social policy. Her most recent article, The Tax Code, The Tax Gap and Income Inequality: The Middle Class Squeeze is forthcoming in 2010, will contribute to the national debate on the impact of raising taxes and cutting taxes. Washingtonian Magazine name Alice Bullock one of the Most Powerful Women in Washington.
