When hiring a lawyer you need to be sure that they are knowledgeable,trustworthy,responsive and most of all have very strong confidence in their abilities to fight for your rights. Mr. Kennedy is one of the most confident people i know. He is determined and aggressive. I guess i can also say he is feared by others. Mr. Kennedy made me feel as we were friends by always keeping me informed and also asking me for my input as well as cared for my opinion. He told me that he would have no problem getting me the amount that i felt i deserved. He then said i will do better than that were gonna go high and mabey hit a homerun. When he called me with news of the final judgement i was shocked he said i not only hit a homerun for you, it was a grandslam. His work is so impressive he can be considered to be the best in PA.

Mr. Kennedy goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns and does so in an easy to understand manner. He worked very hard on my case as I'm sure he does on all of his cases. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and would not hesitate to refer him to someone in need of his services. Thank you, Mr. Kennedy.

Mr. Kennedy is a sedative. He has a calming way about him. You know you are in great counsel with him. All issues and obsticles that arose , he handled them quickly and correctly each step. And I was never out of the loop. Never knew him till my wife found him here on this site. She posted some questions about my work related accident and Mr. Kennedy was the only attorney to answer her. So we chose him, because he cared enough for a strangers question to take the time to answer . And after a conversation with Mr. Kennedy, he accepted us as clients and took our case to completion and settlement. And not once did he not return a call the same day and often not within a two hour timeframe. We never felt out of touch And that is /was what made my two year journey calm and non-eventful,cause there was no situation that he did not take control of and injected peace and comfort to our experience. We are very greatful he answered my wife's question. Most importantly, we are glad he was our lawyer.

I had a serious work related injury. I hired Tim after speaking with him and feeling completely at ease with his professionalism and demeanor. My case became complicated over time. Throughout the process I always felt that Tim had my best interest in mind. With every phone call or email, Tim was very informative and proactive, always explaining things in a way I could understand. He worked hard for me in his dealings with my employers insurance company. He did this so much so, the insurance company actually fired their own attorneys in the middle of litigation. Timothy is a really great lawyer. He knows what to do, and how to handle really sticky situations. When I first came to him, I had very little to back me up, but we mainly him lol pulled through and got the job done with GREAT results. If I could back in time I would still pick him as a lawyer 1000 times more. He took his time, talk to me like I was a person and not a dollor sign, and made lawyer jargon understandable english for me. I truely felt comfortable with him handling my case, and I never doubted him since the very first meeting. I also like that he gives his personal direct number to get in contact with him whenever you may need him, and he always responds if not that same day, the very next. The only bad thing I would have to say is its a shame I would have to be in trouble to work with him again lol.

It was difficult to choose representation and I am so glad I chose Mr. Kennedy. I was facing potential trouble and was not liable so I had a lot of fear. Mr. Kennedy returned my initial call within a few hours, we met shortly thereafter, he listened to all of my concerns, took notes while I spoke, and I felt confident he was the right attorney for me. I found Tim in the yellow pages, a full page add infact, he had the exact words that I need to see ( is your employer trying to get you back to work too soon after a work injury?), that's all I needed to see. Well anyway, when I started to described what happened to me over the phone, he asked me to come into his office. We went over the details and he took me on. ( that was the best phone call that I made for my situation).
I was new to this workmans comp thing and didn't realize what a long strange trip it would be. Now that I look back on it, I feel bad for what I put Tim thru, with all my questions every week, sometimes a few times a week ( alot of times I didnt make sense due to my severe pain and the meds I'm on) for months, he was always proffessional with his responses and never acted rude or acted tired of hearing from me, if I leave him a voice mail, his reply is exceptionally quick if he isn't at a deposition or in court, he even responded to me when he was on vacation!!! He explains the answers to my questions in depth, never cutting me short until he was confident that I understood his answers. Very patient lawyer.

I was out of work for a little while due to the work related injury. when we went to the first wc hearing he was able to get my injury accepted by my employer, all my back pay and I didn't even have to testify!!!! Due to my injury getting worse and being in severe pain everyday, I've been out of work for over a year and Tim got all the backpay due me and ongoing full benefits. With Tim doing such a GREAT job at the medical depositions, he has proven my disabilty to the extent that my employer is not appealing. ( I believe insurance companies/employers will typically appeal anything if they can find a glitch, but due to Tim's skills and knowledge of all aspects of the laws and the mechanics of injuries, they couldnt find any good reason for appeal) He chewed up the defense big time and won't spit them out just yet.

Now I don't bug Tim too often, he has earned my silence...lol
I have the utmost confidence in Tim Kennedy, cause I know he takes the Bull by the horns and won't let go till it's down.
