    Case law permits the insurance company to seek reimbursement for insurance paid to a victim. It is suggested that you retain a criminal defense attorney to represent you. There are many options tat must be explored including a first time offenders program if you qualify.

    Stop writing incriminating information on line and retain a criminal defense attorney. You do have options and want to avoid a conviction. The attorney will be able to defend you. Good luck.

    I believe you have previously posted a question. For a first time offender, unless the evidence is overwhelmingly clear that a defendant will be found not guilty, I recommend ARD. The facts that you describe call for a credibility determination which isn't the best kind of case to challenge.

    The Court has the discretion to dismiss the case. If this happens, the Commonwealth has the authority to rearrest the defendant. An experienced criminal defense attorney is a must for the defendant.
