  • In PA. I have a court date coming up for non payment of a credit card.

Went to file bankruptcy, couldn't afford it. The bill is about 5000 but i am sure alot of that is charges from them. I have no money to afford to pay this bill. what should i expect, and what do i need to bring to the court house?

    Mark’s Answer

You can threaten to file bankruptcy and ask the creditor for a payment plan instead.I charge $300 in Bucks count for a small claims defense. $600 in common pleas court. Many creditors do don't have sufficient admissible evidence to win against. Competent attorney.
