    You can threaten to file bankruptcy and ask the creditor for a payment plan instead.I charge $300 in Bucks count for a small claims defense. $600 in common pleas court. Many creditors do don't have sufficient admissible evidence to win against. Competent attorney.

  3. In PA, if my ex won't agree to the divorce and it's been 2 years since our separation, can they contest the divorce any further?

    She can allege that the two year separation hasn't occurred. If you can prove it has, she would have to commit a crime (Perjury) to hold up things.

    Custody orders are always modifiable in PA. If you feel the other party is violating the order you can file for contempt. Either ask your current lawyer for clarification or seek new counsel.

    Unless you are a non profit and apply for the proper license you cannot conduct a lottery.

    If there are going to be assets after her death you should attempt to clear up the debts prior to her passing by negotiating settlements. If not then ingor them.
