About Me

Adrianne is a shareholder of the elder law and special needs planning law firm of  Steinbacher & Stahl. Her focus at Steinbacher & Stahl is on estate planning, long-term health care planning, and estate administration.


 


Adrianne and her law partner, Julieanne E. Steinbacher, Esquire, authored a book about trusts, entitled Pennsylvania Trust Guide: A Handbook for Trustees and Their Advisors , editions I and II, as well as Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide, all published by George T. Bisel Company, Inc. In addition, Steinbacher & Stahl recently contributed a chapter on trusts for a collaborative publication written by a group of eleven attorney's entitled Protect Your Family! Don't Write a Blank Check to the Nur$ing Home. Published by Advantage, this easy to read book is intended to guide the layperson in decisions related to long-term care planning.


 


Adrianne and Julieanne have written  chapters published by the University of Illinois on estates, trusts, and taxation, and Adrianne is also published in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Administrative Law Journal and the Widener Law Journal. She has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Tax Pro Seminars, Estate & Long Term Care Planning, Inc., and EDLF Publishing, Inc.


 


Adrianne graduated summa cum laude from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with a double major in psychology and criminal justice and a minor in sociology/anthropology. She graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she served as the Pennsylvania Law Editor on the administrative board of the Widener Law Journal. At Widener University School of Law, Adrianne earned a Law and Government Institute Certificate and received the Outstanding Law and Government Student Award and the Widener University School of Law President’s Award.
