It is a motor vehicle violation in most all States. It is a violation in Pennsylvania. It is a fine at the District Magistrate. However, if the tailgating was the cause of an accident where there was bodily injurues, and it can be proven that tailgating caused the accident, the victim or victims could possibly sue and the tailgating could be used as a direct cause of the accident. However, this will be very tough to prove, as it could be the driver's word against the victim's word regarding...

If you are identified as the patient, the fact that the hospital made a mistake in the BILLING would NOT be a defense.

You must get in touch with the jurisdiction where the warrant is from. I would call the Sheriff's Office there and find out why the warrant was NOT removed. It might only be a mistake in not removing it. Or, possibly there was something else you were to do, before it could be lifted. Take care of it ASAP,as next time you get stopped for example for a traffic violation, etc.,it might come up,and you will be detained by the police. If you can't get it removed yourself, retain a lawyer in that...

You will get into ARD. But i ever picked up again and convicted or plea to it ,it will be a second offense. You will have to make restitution for the car you hit unless your insurance paid for it. You will have to pay to get into the ARD Program,do community service.etc. Apply for ARD. You will not do any jail time, but you will lose your license to drive for a period of time..

In ARD, you do not plead GUILTY. If completed, your record is expunged. The Education Certification is dependent on a conviction, not an arrest. I do not think your certification will be taken if you have completed the ARD. If still in the program, they might hold up the re-certification until completed, and also might make you undergo their own internal program before re-certification. If he was to call you to make arrangements about getting the kids,or bringing the kids back,or it deals with the children, then the Court would be OK with those calls. Unless you have proof of what he said other then about the kids, you will probably lose in Court,as your ex will say he NEVER said those comments you state, and that ALL his calls were just about the kids. If your kids are older, and they heard what he said, then if they are willing to testify, you might have a chance. Also,if he...

  7. I was givin a medication that I did not know what it was and that it was a nuclear medication and was radio-active

    1 lawyer answer

If they were going to inject you with the medication you describe, you had a legal right to know what the medication was and it's make-up. Many times you have to sign a written release. But, that is not mandatory in every state. BUT, in order for you to bring a civil suit, you must be able to prove damages. The medical professional could be reported to the State Medical Board,or if it was a nurse to the State Nursing Board, but that is NOT part of your possible civil suit againt the medical...

NO. This is just your Formal Arraignment-not a Hearing or trial. BUT,if you have ANY outstanding warrants for your arrest, it could send you to jail. BUT, in your case, an Arraignment is NOT anything more then putting in a Plea and a date for Court is set.. Attorney Corky Goldstein (717)236-6492

Very Possible. BUT,if he has no other violations(prior),he might not,but he could get more time added to his Probation sentence, and more conditions added to his probation conditions. But the time he gets(if any) will be up to the Judge. Attorney Corky Coldstein 717 236-6491
