    • I recommend Duane Stone.

Stone and associates are very forthcoming with their recommendations. Each time Mr. Stone represented us in court,, we won!! His guidance, understanding, and interpretation of Rules and Regulations led discussions and showed the path needed to win or to further review facts. As the attorney in fact, he encountered different mind sets in which these mind sets had limited knowledge of proceedings, and were challenging. Through his responsiveness, knowledge, and understanding, Mr. Stone provided approriate and necessary guidance. In hind sight, Mr. Stone was always there and always provided the best guidance.

    • I recommend Duane Stone.
    • I hired Duane more than 3 years ago.
    • Duane handled my Real Estate matter.
    • I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

Duane is an excellent lawyer with a excellent knowledge of PA State HOA law. He has been able to legally recoup delinquent fines and fees for our HOA. He has won every case for us when it has been necessary to go to court. He has correctly given us advice over the nearly 8 years he has been the attorney for our HOA. He returns phone calls to our Board and to lot owners within the HOA. Duane helped the Executive Board - in the early days and months of the Board managing our HOA - to draft working templates for non-compliance and other needed ongoing templates for a wide variety of letters and for other HOA documents. Duane has worked with clients to create effective payment plans for delinquent lot owners and to pay fines for non-compliance. In addition, there have been times when he has waived some of his own fees to better enable lot owners to pay their HOA indebtedness. So he also works with compassion when a certain situation warrants such compassion. When the Board has had questions about a given situation Duane has been able to give us excellent advice and answers and he has even told the Board when they were wrong in their approach to a situation. I would not hesitate to recomend his law firm to any HOA in this area.

I have used this guy over and over again. He is an excellent attorney, he cares and does the job right. He has help my HOA collect debts and go after those that do not follow the rules. He also tells us when we are over zealous. He has the highest degree of integrity
