Replied last October 16, 2024Generally speaking, my focus is to secure all relevant documentation and information necessary to engage in productive negotiations. If a client does not/will not partner with me to secure what is needed, then I cannot effectively represent them, and i am ethically obliged to remove myself from the case. That being said, It is very difficult to respond to an allegation from an unknown/unidentified source, and to do so within the ethical boundaries of this profession. This individual has not been verified as a former or present client, and I certainly question the integrity of this posting. I would appreciate anonymous reaching out so that we can work to resolve any outstanding issues.
